Mrs C Keeler
Mrs Keeler has enjoyed teaching early years and primary phases in a range of settings across the West Midlands. She has supported both pupils and staff through her leadership in schools and role as a Specialist Leader in Education for early years and phonics.
Mrs Keeler believes in teaching and learning opportunities that challenge, inspire and adapt to meet the needs of all learners; innovations in technology are essential in facilitating these. She is an advocate for early years education and strives to create the best possible provision for pupils from the very start of their journey.
Miss K Ellis
Miss Ellis joins the leadership team as Assistant Principal, bringing a wealth of experience in inclusion, pupil support and safeguarding from her previous role within the Shireland Collegiate Academy Trust.
Alongside her leadership responsibilities, she serves as the school’s Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator (SENCO) and Designated Teacher for Looked-After and Previously Looked-After Children, overseeing support for pupils with additional needs and championing the achievement and wellbeing of vulnerable learners. Working closely with staff, families and local authorities, she ensures that all pupils receive the support they need to thrive.
Mrs L Smith
Mrs Smith joins Wednesfield Technology Primary after 13 years of dedicated service at another academy within the Shireland Collegiate Academy Trust, where she developed extensive experience in school administration and operations.
As Business Manager, Mrs Smith oversees the Academy’s finance, administration and operational functions, ensuring the school runs efficiently and effectively. She manages the Academy budget to ensure best value and best practice, while working closely with the leadership team to deliver school improvements and create engaging, high-quality learning environments for all pupils.
