Dear Parents and Carers,
This is to update you regarding the weather forecast and arrangements for our school and across our campuses.
All pupils will be required to leave site by the normal collection time of 3.15pm.
After school sports clubs have been cancelled.
Those pupils who are booked into our wraparound childcare will need to be collected by 4pm as the site will close completely at 4pm to ensure everyone has safe travel.
We will issue a final decision by 9:00pm this evening regarding whether schools will be open tomorrow.
While we always endeavour to keep our schools open and have worked hard throughout the week to grit and maintain safe sites, we are mindful of the forecast.
If the expected snowfall materialises, schools will be closed and we will be sharing planned, online learning for every child through Class Dojo.
We appreciate that families need as much notice as possible to make childcare arrangements, and this timing is intended to support you with that planning.
