Wednesfield Technology Primary is thrilled to extend an invitation to families in search of an exceptional educational experience for their children. We warmly welcome you to visit us at our open events on Tuesday 24 October, 4.30pm – 6.30pm and Thursday 16 November, 10.00am – 12.00pm at St Thomas’ Centre, WV11 1SS.
Our school is dedicated to providing a supportive learning environment where pupils go on to exceed expectations and discover their true potential while growing into well-rounded, confident and thoughtful individuals.
At Wednesfield Technology Primary, we combine the best of traditional education with cutting-edge technology-infused learning to create an exciting and immersive curriculum. Our goal is to empower students to thrive and confidently step into their future in an ever-evolving digital world.
Our commitment extends to our state-of-the-art facilities including our school building, which has been designed to meet the Passivhaus classic standard. This means that we prioritise energy efficiency and performance to create an optimal learning environment for our pupils while also being considerate towards the environment.
By using eco-friendly technologies and sustainable materials, we create a comfortable and more naturally healthy educational space. This includes improving air quality, maintaining consistent temperatures throughout the year, and harnessing natural lighting to enhance pupils’ concentration, well-being, and classroom engagement.
Lady Kirsty Grundy, Director of Primary Education at Shireland Collegiate Academy, captures our vision eloquently: “Building a school from scratch is a wonderful opportunity. It means that pupils will have access to a bespoke, modern build with eco-credentials and as we develop as a school, combining our innovative learning environment with high-quality teaching and learning experiences, we will provide our community with an exceptional education.
At Wednesfield Technology Primary, we believe in purposeful, high quality and authentic learning experiences that encourage curiosity and empower pupils to take ownership of their own learning, bringing out the best in every child. This is an exciting time to join our school, and we look forward to meeting and welcoming new families in the coming months.”
